Authorization to use the student’s image and sound is granted by the legal/paying guardian upon signing the enrollment contract with H10 — Annex III (Minor Image Term) —, and may also be formalized through a specific Term. Without the signed and archived authorization, publishing the minor’s image or voice is prohibited. The template is available at the unit’s office.

1. Purpose
Express, free, informed and unequivocal authorization by the legal guardian for H10 to capture, store, edit, reproduce and disclose images and sounds of the student in the context of H10 Kids activities.
This authorization is granted by the legal/paying guardian upon signing the student’s enrollment contract with H10, covering image and sound (voice), and remains valid until revoked under clause 5.
2. Authorized purposes (check those that apply)
- Institutional disclosure on H10’s official social media;
- H10 advertising materials (flyers, videos, online ads);
- Internal and family communication;
- Paid media (boosting and ads);
- Educational and pedagogical materials;
- Composition of the school’s historical archive.
3. Prohibitions (always applicable)
- Embarrassing, sexualized, dangerous, humiliating or ECA-contrary use;
- Sale or transfer to third parties without institutional ties;
- Disclosure of the minor’s personal data (address, school, phone) alongside the image;
- Priority to group images; no disclosure of the minor’s routine outside the activity context.
4. Free and non-exclusive nature
The authorization is free, non-exclusive and grants no right to remuneration, indemnity or consideration.
5. Term and revocation
Valid during the relationship and for 24 months after departure, for purposes already underway; for the historical archive, for an indefinite period in contextual format. The guardian may revoke at any time, in writing, at dpo@h10esportes.com.br. Revocation prevents new uses and entails removal of active pieces on official channels whenever technically feasible.
